1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the GITCO GAS mobile application or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account and place orders. A person aged 18 or older must be present at the delivery location to receive LPG cylinders. The app and our services are not directed at children.
3. Service Scope
GITCO GAS provides on-demand delivery of LPG gas cylinders and related equipment through its digital platform. Service availability is subject to location, stock availability, and operational capacity.
4. User Accounts & Responsibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted through the user's account shall be deemed authorized by the user. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account) or by submitting a request through the contact channels listed on this website. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed or anonymized as described in our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax and invoicing records).
6. App Permissions & Location Data
The app requests certain device permissions to function: • Location – to set your delivery address accurately and to show live tracking of your order. Delivery riders share their location during active deliveries, which may include background location while a delivery is in progress. • Notifications – to send order status updates and delivery alerts. You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Details of how location and other data are handled are set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. App Usage Restrictions
Users shall not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, reverse engineer the app, or engage in any activity that may harm the application, company operations, or other users.
8. Product Integrity (Seal & Safety)
• All cylinders delivered by GITCO GAS are company sealed (سیل پیک). • Customers must verify the seal at the time of delivery. • If the seal is broken or tampered with, the customer must refuse acceptance immediately. • Once accepted, the product shall be considered verified and approved by the customer.
9. Safe Handling & Storage
Customers must store cylinders upright in ventilated spaces, away from heat sources, and must not attempt to repair valves or regulators themselves. If you suspect a leak, turn off the valve, ventilate the area, keep flames and switches untouched, and contact us immediately. Tampering with cylinders voids any liability on our part.
10. Weight Assurance Policy
• GITCO GAS guarantees accurate cylinder weight as per company standards. • Any claim regarding weight must be made at the time of delivery. • No claims shall be accepted after delivery confirmation.
11. Cylinder Return & Exchange Policy
• Cylinders shall be returned or exchanged based on the same weight and price at which they were issued. • Customers must present the original invoice (bill) at the time of return. • In the absence of a valid bill, GITCO GAS reserves the right to refuse return or adjust pricing based on current market rates.
12. Pricing & Market Adjustment
• Prices are subject to market fluctuations and government regulations. • The price displayed at the time of order placement shall be considered final. • GITCO GAS shall not be liable for price variations after order confirmation.
13. Order Processing & Delivery
• Orders are processed through an automated system. • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to rider availability, traffic conditions, or operational constraints. • GITCO GAS does not guarantee exact delivery times.
14. Customer Obligations
Customers must: • Provide accurate address and contact details • Be available at the delivery location • Cooperate with delivery personnel Failure to comply may result in order cancellation without liability.
15. Payment Terms
• Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payments. • Failed or incomplete payments may result in order rejection or account restriction.
16. Cancellation & Abuse Policy
• Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. • Repeated cancellations, fake orders, or misuse may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.
17. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed under verified conditions such as failed delivery or company-side issues. No refunds shall be issued after successful delivery confirmation.
18. Third-Party Services
GITCO GAS may utilize third-party service providers for delivery, notifications, and operations (such as Google Firebase for push notifications). The company shall not be liable for delays or issues caused by third-party services.
19. Risk & Liability Disclaimer
• Responsibility for safe handling and use of gas cylinders lies with the customer after delivery. • GITCO GAS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or accidents occurring post-delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
20. Service Limitations
GITCO GAS reserves the right to refuse service in certain areas and to delay or cancel orders due to operational limitations.
21. Force Majeure
GITCO GAS shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.
22. Account Suspension Rights
GITCO GAS may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of fraudulent activity, policy violations, or abusive behavior.
23. Privacy
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in the app and on this website. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and how you can request deletion.
24. Intellectual Property
The GITCO GAS application, name, logo, and all related content are the property of GITCO GAS. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
25. Modification of Terms
GITCO GAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available in the app and on this website. Continued use of the application implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
26. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
